RIDE WAVE’s Illusion Flow・Dreamline collection draws deep inspiration from the natural charm of Nordic waters and the magical qualities of the aurora borealis. The lakes and seas of Northern Europe constantly display picturesque water patterns, sometimes still as a mirror, sometimes rippling in the breeze. These fleeting movements of water become the core visual language of the collection’s design.
The designers focus on the expression of “fluid art,” replicating the changing light and shadow of Nordic water ripples through color gradients and flowing patterns. Take Violet Flow (RW2611038) as an example: the purple gradient evokes the mysterious colors of a deep Nordic lake at dusk. The transition from deep purple to light purple, combined with flowing textures, seems to freeze the ripples of a lake gently touched by a breeze onto a paddleboard. This design is not only a visual recreation of the natural landscape but also an artistic refinement of the dynamics of water, allowing users to feel the vibrant spirit of Nordic waters through the patterns on their paddleboards with every paddle.
